This Shipping & Return Policy, along with the Terms of Use available at https://www.smart-skincare.com/ constitute a binding, contractual, agreement between you and the Company. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use. To the extent that there is any conflict between any term or condition set forth in this Shipping & Return Policy and any term or condition set forth in the Terms of Use, the term or condition set forth in this Shipping & Return Policy will prevail, but solely to the extent such conflict exists. We may at our sole discretion modify this Shipping & Return Policy at any time, on a going-forward basis. We will post above notice of the date of the most recent update.
ORDERS
How can I find the status of my order?
Once an order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. Please note, your tracking number may not update for 48 hours while it's on the way to the courier. Please email us at teamssc@smart-skincare.com if you need further assistance!
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
We begin processing your order when you place your order. Since orders begin processing immediately after checkout, we are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Please email us at teamssc@smart-skincare.com if you need further assistance!
SHIPPING
Can I place orders internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the USA.
How are my orders fulfilled?
Company uses a third-party service provider for fulfilling orders. By ordering any product through the Services, you acknowledge that Company has no responsibility or liability for any delays that may result from orders handled by such third-party service provider.
RETURNS
Can I return my Products?
Company’s policy is not to accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at teamssc@smart-skincare.com with details of the issue and picture (if applicable) so we can further assist you. Products that were not ordered directly from us are not eligible for return.
How to Return Your Purchase.
You may initiate a request for a return by emailing teamssc@smart-skincare.com, within 30 days of the date your item was shipped, from the email address you used to purchase your order with your name, order number, and the reason for your return (i.e., whether the item is damaged/defective or you did not receive the item). We will then provide you with further instructions as to how to ship back your purchased item(s), including a prepaid, printable label which allows you to return your original item. Returned items must be shipped back to us and postmarked within 90 days of the date your original item was shipped to you, otherwise such return may not be eligible for a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return are not able to be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, a refund for any items that are not eligible under the terms of this Return Policy, including without limitation, any items that are returned in damaged condition or not timely returned.
Refunds.
If the return is accepted by Company, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for a full refund to process. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded unless the return is due to defects in the product, or the product was damaged in transit.
